Hi I'm Caroline and I'm 22. I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma at the age of 21.
My favourite Teens Unite memory has to be the whole Activity Stay. It was really intimidating at first but was so great getting to know lots of new people with stories like mine. I’m still in shock of how close we all got in such a short amount of time!
If you’re a young person fighting cancer, my advice would be to take everything one step at a time. It’s easy to get bogged down with all the information dumping from doctors and all your appointments. But if you aim your focus on each step at a time and celebrate the small wins it all becomes all lot more manageable.
A fun fact about me is that I can speak 3 languages! English, French and Danish

With Teens Unite, I finally realised that I could climb out of this massive hole that I had been digging because I wasn't alone anymore.
If it wasn't for Teens Unite, I wouldn't be where I am now. They have been really supportive and given me the strength to push myself and not give up.
